I just wanted to say thank you for your white exterior paint recommendations. We went with SW alabaster and love it! Our home looks so fresh and even looks larger now.
We just built our custom home and I used Greek Villa and it looks great!! Our home is North/South facing and it really shows more creamy to me and also the lighting I’m using in the home sets it off beautifully…. I have maple latte cabinets and bronze accents, so it warms it nicely. I’m so glad I found your channel 😊

I’ve sampled Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams, Valspar, and PPG. I ONLY use PPG products now. I find them far superior in every category. PPG also has an exact equivalent for SW Pure White- called “Commercial White.” 👍🏻
Hi Ashley great video as always thanks for helping with this overwhelming process. My question is we planning on painting our house and changing from the off white flat builders paint. Our kitchen cabinets are Dockside blue do we need to pull from that. Am wondering if we do owl gray BM in the dinning room and living room which are adjacent to each other can I paint the kitchen and family room with Snow White SW or is that too cool?
I'd be tempted to sample a color like sw cotton or bm white dove for walls, even with the color palette you're describing. Snow White is bright and can be a bit hard to pull off.
If I'm using an off white on the walls should I use the same white on trim and ceilings or can I use a true white for trim/ceilings with any off white for walls? Any replies welcome.
I am looking for a white wall and trim color for a "beach house". Soft medium beige vinyl wood floors. White cabinets. White and cool grey quartz counters. Decorated with colors like palladian blue and gossamer blue. Looking for something fresh. Not too yellow. Not too pink. Not taupe. Any thoughts?

I have a new build with black Interior window. Thinking of dove white for walls and trim, Would you put the white dove on the ceiling also? Plan to use a light gray for the kitchen cabinets. THIS IS FOR A VACATION HOME THAT IS SET IN THE WOODS. I WANT NATURAL COLORS. EVENTUALLY ADD SOME GREEN SHADES FOR ACCENT WALLS AND BEDROOMS. FLOORS WILL BE MED TRADITIONAL BROWN PROBABLY OAK. LOVE CRAFTSMAN STYLE.
You can do Chantilly Lace on ceiling with white dove walls. If you are going to do a gray cabinet, make sure it is a warm gray. You don't want a gray that pulls blue or purple.

Kinda sorta :) You need a much brighter trim color to contrast correctly with your pale wall color. Try SW High Reflective White or if you want a softer white, you can try SW Pure White, but my vote would be for High Reflective. Walls in eggshell, trim in satin, ceilings in flat.
Agree on white dove, we did white dove for walls and 1/2 tint white dove for the trim and love it

I know it’s not a ‘white color’ but I love Swiss coffee. So pretty. Probably an off white.

Alabaster almost made the list! Great warm, off-white. Most do alabaster on trim too(sheen will change so it does look different than walls).
can i pair swiss coffee for wall with Pale Oak for cabinet in the bathroom? i have a more traditional bathroom with neutral color tiles. thanks

Yes, trim is same off white. I typically specify a true white for ceiling.

Try BM classic gray
We used egret white from Sherwin Williams. It doesn’t turn blue or green on you either.

I’m thinking of painting all trim and ceiling (? - in flat) SW Greek Villa with Divine White walls. Am I on the right track?
