I wonder if, when this becomes a huge problem, if 3rd party companies will arise with their own solutions to keep these cars running.
@@andrebrandao9451I think wealthy people keep them for the warranty period then move them on. Must be nice being loaded.
Doug you forgot to show us how the different driving modes affect the ride quality which is VERY IMPORTANT part of the review.
And this is my first time to comment four different comments on one video.
That Blueberry Smoothie color...
World class review, keep up the good work.
Ah yes, Provence, the plum crazy purple "lite" version from Porsche. Looks good IMO, also like the stealthy Houndstooth interior 👌
That's folding rear wing is one of the coolest car features I have seen in a while.
Wait till that "quirky air suspension" needs its first service outside of warranty 😂😅
Gorgeous car definitely the leader of the segment
They could have called this car as well: WOW 😮😊
I always remember the Top Gear episode with a Panamera, Rapide and Quattroporte whenever this car is mentioned. Styling on this has definitely come a long way.
I bet Zuck can’t wait to turn this one into an ugly minivan too
Beautiful inside out nice paint job too…GTS is my favorite trim..
The price for vehicles these days is insane..!!!
Scoring at the end is wildly inconsistent. It should be top of the chart.
Had a 2020 panamera 4. It was an incredible vehicle. Had all the same great features just without the crazy 2.8s 0-60. I've owned 2 newer porsches (taycan and cayenne) since then and the panamera is still the best vehicle I've ever owned.
Biggest quirk is it'll depreciate by $200/day
$6,000 per month. $72,000 per year. Depreciation is the silent wealth killer.
Doug, please review the cars outside your garage. Which looks very cool in daylight and good location too
That's a nice color 👍🏾
Idk how to explain it but Doug is like the Naurdward of the car world 😂
I’ve been waiting to see this color in your vid
BOT 🥴
@@IceTTom :(
doug is a type of guy who highlights doug score record row in respective car color.
250k for no cooled seats front or rear & cheap black piano trim that is found in a kia seltos @ 28k.
And a mid-fi Bose stereo. $250K just doesn't go as far as it used to. Options on top of quarter million.
OK Doug, you got me! I'll take 3 of those!😁
Well won't be buying it since no wagon version for 2025....
Were you really gonna buy one anyway?
I missed the AMG GT-4 Door on the Doug score board.
Porsche is definitely one of the only Car Brands who consistently manages to churn our Great and Timeless Designs for their Cars.
And their Cars always look like a "Porsche". I love that, they basically got their own Design Language that remains timeless no matter what
Prost & Cheers from Berchtesgaden in the Bavarian Alps
Yes, always a bit too boring
@@DR......Luckily they have Audi to be boringer
Thats an INSANE number of configs for the model that sold the fewest cars last year.
770hp is crazy!
The fact that the HUD is more straightforward than changing the vent direction is absurd. What a time to be alive
RIP Sport turismo body style, at least 100 times better looking than the regular hatch
69 years old, bad knees and back, would love that air suspension rise on my C7
15:20 "over engineering" it's done because the car goes up and down when you get in and out and needs to be stable lol
That wing is sick! Lol. Worth it just for that
THIS, for me is THE PERFECT car! The perfect allrounder with imo gorgeous looks and a proper V8! Top notch! 🙏🏼
😐
Legend has it you could start with a base $70k Panamera, and spend $70k just in options on top! Not stepping up in trim, just mere options. Deviated stitching, wheels, seatbelt color, painted key... on and on 🤑
that's such a classy color
I got to drive a panamera turbo s for this job moving cars for car max… fastest car I ever drove and cruising fast and slow with it in the mountains of Virginia was glorious
Quarter million today - 50 grand in 5 years.
But a 911 instead and watch the value skyrocket in the future.
Especially if you get one with a manual.
In 10 years they will be the most desired cars, just like today, as they get rarer and rarer in performance cars.
Man it’s so hard watching these just seeing all the things that are GOING to break in future
that colour is just so outlandishly cool, one day i'll be able to afford a paint to sample like that
nevermind its not paint to sample, but regardless lol
You might be able if you can say the word COLOR correctly…
I'd get an rs6 avant over this any day of the week.
I have a Panamera. Beautiful car, but it's time for a significant face-lift. Especially when you're asking $250k on the high end version of a car that is on its 8th year
That color is mesmerizing, it looks perfect on this car, my cousin has a '24 not a Turbo S, just a Turbo and it is a car like no other, it's Pedigree and overall engineering justifies it's price, it drives like NOTHING else.
That wing is absolutely nuts!
220k and no vented seats? lol these companies are losin it
This Porsche looks awesome!!
Quarter of a million dollars and doesn’t even have cooled seats? I don’t care how fast it is or how well it handles… that interior is unacceptable for a $100k car much less so for $250k. Insane
I'm so happy they're selling tons of these so we actually get the sports cars we love too!
6:33 Houndstooth.
Pepita.
Thanks for the usual good video, nead to add more light filming inside the car
4:28
This is called the “color delete” for the crest badges. They went from the badge to just painted on… now the color delete. All to SAVE WEIGHT!
I really wish there was an online car auction website for modern enthusiast cars that hosted more than 20,000 auction of special cool exciting cars.
For 250k you can get yourself a freaking RR or even a Maybach 😂
Sure, but those aren't close to the performance of this
@@splenced7091Bentley gt speed, close enough
@@johncena-hq1ti Sure, but it's still slower and costs $100,000 more, plus the driving dynamics won't be the same
@@splenced7091 slower acceleration much higher top speed, better interior, better looks and won’t depreciate by 150k in 4 years 😂 250k for a panamera is a joke even if it came with 1000hp lol
Imagine driving on a highway and the air vents faces directly to your face and you want to adjust the vent but realize you have to scroll 1 minute on the touchscreen just to adjust the air vents.
The LS 500 had this suspension feature when opening/closing the doors since 2018, so what's so special to it in the Panamera eight years later?
This car is not worth its price in any shape or form.
Audi S8 had all this years ago before Panamera too Porsche defo slipping up lately
It can't self drive like a 2018 model 3 either.
It’s amazing how much thought and effort goes into these “track ready” features when 99.999% of these sold won’t see a track even once
3:35. 30 miles is almost 48.3 km not 80. It should have up to 34 miles (55 kilometers) on a full charge (this figure is from a quick ask of our lord and savior ChatGPT).
11:43 I believe the passenger screen is able to play videos when the car is moving while the center screen requires the vehicle to be stationary in park mode.
Enough with the screens! I love the simplicity of my old summer car. No information overload. Nothing to distract me from the joy of driving. Even if I had a billion dollars to spend, I wouldn't want this car.
I totally agree. Of course, I don’t know your old summer car, but I too would probably prefer that.
5:30 Ackshually.... The Panamera GTS also has the same spoiler. The V8 Panameras have the folding out three part spoiler.
The Panamera wasn’t facelifted. It’s a new model on the same platform
