Taketomborg is based off of a Taketonbo, or a "Bamboo-Copter" in which you rub the shaft between your hands and release it to let it fly in the air. Just a mini helicopter blade you spin and throw into the air.
8:00 Taketomborg is a reference to a taketombo which is a little bamboo helicopter toy, hat you can roll the post between your hands and it'll take off.
The Danganronpa music through me off at first, but then the idea of MBT and Dire fighting in a yugioh series that is also just Danganronpa was a great image.
I had to delete my last comment to complain about Dire's enjoyment of soggy sandwiches. That's the REAL Dire L. How do you even handle the things breaking apart and making a mess? I make enough of a mess out of DRY sandwiches as it is.
So I want to start by saying I enjoyed the show and I think there is potential here. There is something inherently clunky about having a commentator at the same time we can hear the audio of the players. I'm not saying we shouldn't hear them as well, just wanna give that feedback. It seemed like you had trouble getting yourself into the conversation as well. Which makes since the players are describing plays to each other. I hope you are able to find an elegant solution to this and if you do I think it's gonna be great! Good luck look forward to seeing more.
