i've been finding glimmers everyday for a couple weeks now and i can say it makes my life so much better, so when i found this video i was so excited!! i loved this flow so much + it really brought a silence to my mind that hasn't been there for a lil bit! it's such a good reminder to also see the good, like the way the branches of a tree sway in the wind, or feeling the sun on my skin or running outside to see the full moon 🥺
