For todays comparison- three completely different size and shape chains that each shine and reflect differently based on the construction of the chain and not the metal...
I have an unplated white gold ring. It’s not yellow, but it has a slight yellow glow to it because of the natural color of gold. I think it looks particularly good when stacked with a yellow gold ring because the yellow glow is enhanced.
The white gold is rhodium plated, which it all is so that’s what you see. If it wasn’t it still would have a hint of a gold hue. Platinum is naturally more of a grey metal.
I like the platinum the best because it's the most understated, which makes it feel more classy. Also when you rotate your neck, the light reflection signature of the platinum is more dramatic because of delta between its non light-catching state and its light-catching state is so much greater than the silver or white gold, which are already emitting a high level of light in the non light catching state.
You should try unplated palladium white gold. For instance Cartier trinity ring has an unplated white gold ring. Very nice but really different color than platinum. It's more like grey gold.
I think white gold would be good for Safty people will think it's just silver And no be quick to trying and rob you for it when your off guard like yellow gold
Im very neutral and silver washes me out but white gold is perfect, same with highlighter i mix goed and silver, or get a white gold or champagne color
Okay so 3mm wg rope w/diamond cross? Or switch it up to a 2.2mm platinum rope with standard platinum cross? 🤔cool cat from the fb is got a plat set he’s trying to unload. Curious. I got white and YG already. Platt might be cool. Or just invest in some more thicker yellow.
Yep, but it takes a while, and the more the silver is in contact with natural oils of your skin, the less likely it'll tarnish. Furthermore, you could quickly remove the oxidation by putting your silver piece in a bowl with aluminum foil, baking powder, and boiling water.
I always love the chain videos, because I honestly think every time “who could care about chains?” But that’s exactly how most people react when I tell them my hobby is Frags
fine chain is THE universal jewelry. can be worn by anyone at anytime and hang any pendant why would anyone care about chains tho? lmao idk. no idea lol
rust is specific to iron only.... other metals also oxidize but rust is the specific compound produced when it happens to iron... Iron oxide is rust.... when it happens to aluminum its called aluminum oxide or Corundum. gold and platinum do not form oxides though that is correct.
Silver looks the best, I don't think silver will remain so low in price for much longer. All other precious metals are about or well over $1,000/oz.
With ev vehicles becoming more popular it won't.

Literally ordered that white gold chain and waiting for it to come back from you lol love it
Haha you’ll love it!
Platinum looks great on you!

Silver tarnishes fast. With white gold make sure to get Paladium white gold, not nickel gold rhodium plated.

I like the look of the platinum more than I thought I would
It’s so beautiful and classy
Great attention to detail
🙌🏽
Silver is the most reflective metal. The silver chain had the most shine from the 3.
silver looks the best to me
Very informative. Wheres the link for white gold tho ?

Interesting! Thanks for the idea
Great comparison video. Thank you! Also, you'd be surprised by the amount of people who refer to stainless steel as "silver" in the watch world!

Is it okay to wear platinum bracelet and platinum chain of different designs for men?
Thank you
I like platinum and silver more than gold tbh
I agree. Silver is the most reflective of the precious metals.
I enjoy your content. Keep it up.
What your paying 50$ for that sliver chain but I pay like 300$ but it weight 67 grams and 189$ for a rope chain at 45 grams wish I had your prices

Yellow gold or sliver looks best to me over anything.
Hey good work.. What do you think about chanel le lion?
silver chains/rings tarnish almost immediately if not plated...
do you know the best place to buy a white gold plated cuban on silver?
great video!
i don't wear rope chain i like valentino cuban and figaro chains
There's 999 platinum which is equivalent to 24k gold
Doesn't solver become blackish? And platinum stays the same. Again white gold becomes yellowish after the rhodium coating erodes.

Sterling silver never tarnish…only plated metals tarnish

Thanks Antwain!
Isn’t platinum mega dollars?
Which is stronger , white gold or silver?
White gold, because there is more alloys in it, whereas sterling silver is mostly pure silver, so it’s much softer
My walls are the exact same color AND texture lol
Silver all the way they are just to similar.
Thanks!
95 platinum isn't the top, you can get 999 platinum from mene.

fine chain is THE universal jewelry. can be worn by anyone at anytime and hang any pendant

Your sis' boyfriend huh 😉
Thanks! you answer my question
Platinum is the most rust proof metal along with yellow gold

" tarnish proof".
