- What a very important job, Brakeman on The Classic Scenic Railway Roller Coaster at Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach Here we go ..... One of only 2 still operating in the country !!
Now theres a man who enjoys his work....
Went on twice and loved it!
Used to Be Brakeman on There 1999 . 2000 Season Loved Those Days
I felt really sorry for this poor Brakeman as Steve had the camera in his face the whole time.
What would happen if something happened to the brakeman? Whilst going round any other safety measures in place?
@@nickbarnett1942 they have a emergency stop on the chain it will roll a bit

He seemed quite happy David and I think it's nice to give the brakemen the credit they deserve ...... where would we be without them ???

@@psyclonesteve Nah it wouldn’t crash. The brakes are at the end of the ride on the track.

buckled in ( H&S) and braking . we only ever braked for the chain and into the station, kept rolling for repeats, 5 trains on the track.
This roller came from the Paris Exhibition. Bit by bit

A rollercoaster has traffic lights!
Must take some stamina and guts to do that. Makes alot of people happy though.
