'Roll It UP' on a floured Rolling Pin. Then 'Unroll It' over the pie dish. This makes it more manageable to shape and mould. You only need to Blind Bake and Prick Shortrust pastry. Keith I’ve been making pies for what say nearly 40 years , and since I got the dual ninja two drawer I don’t use cooker anymore , so I use those foil trays as they fit in the drawers perfect , and believe me Keith , there a sod to get pastry in properly , so you did great , it took me half a dozen goes before I could get mine to go in right , food looked lush

Hi! This was my recipe! 190° for around 20-25 minutes depending on size
