Chicken breast or thighs
1 tbsp Cornflour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Oil 30g Unsalted butter
3 tbsp Honey
3 Cloves Garlic Chopped
80g/ml Chicken Stock
2 Spring Onions Chopped

Hi Allen, I'm afraid I have to disagree with you here, the tuna empanadas they produce here I think are dreadful. Neither can they make a good pastry here also, it's akin to cardboard. However, I do have on my to-do-list a pasty type thing with sardines. Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment which I appreciate.
@@MrPaulsPantry yes to a point i agree with you they cant make a pie to save their life . i lived in tenerife for 14 years and a guy there made some lovely ones with sweetcorn and cheese in them, but no probs. tks
Why do you use cornflower? Xx
Cornflour will help the chicken crisp up when frying it in the pan. It'll also help lock in some of the moisture of the breast as it creates a kind of barrier to keep the juices inside.
Also, cornflour is better for sauces than ordinary flour - it seems to "behave" better.
