i don't think it is. Once bitcoin crosses it's all time high, it becomes the new bottom. Anything under 69k is a good buy. It's still advisable to work with a fiduciary advisor instead of relying solely on speculations

@@jlvandat69 Well, Munger is dead, so... But Dimon and Buffet may understand it and FUD it because they are most negatively impacted by it as it succeeds. It's pretty clear to understand. Dimon is a banker, that Bitcoin aims to reduce dependency on, so he is biased. Buffet has much of his stocks in banks (Berkshire-Hathaway), also biased.
All you need to ever do is look at who benefits from something to easily understand their motives. Those most threatened or offended by something are often the most vocal in opposition of it.

Just one example, seldom mentioned by the crypto promoters.....non-fiat crypto becomes increasingly problematic for the FED as it grows as a percentage of the total money supply. The FED manages the economy primarily via control of money supply, and their effectiveness diminishes as non-crypto supply increases. Therefore, at some point regulation or outright bans become necessary, e.g., China saw this threat early. I think the reason the government has been so slow to regulate crypto is because it represents a tiny fraction of the total money supply, so far.

One thing the ETFs do well is reduce the impacts of unit bias. When people see 1 BTC = 57,000 they immediately shutdown, regardless if they hear that they can buy fractions of a BTC. However, the ETFs offer a "Share Price", something that TradFi investors are very accustomed to. These shares are basically 0.001 BTC, but to investors it just looks like a share price of $57. It's easier to understand and digest for them.

If the SEC is legit, they will not get approved for ETFs. Because they will be unable to pass the scrutiny of regulation.

It will take some time to understand how AMZPKK is having the most impact in these times. After all the downswings and failures of last year it's about time that someone integrates assets into a useful scenario and that's exactly happening with this asset right now.
