My only wish is that the international community takes a leaf out of this book and apply the same approach not just to conservation and restoration of buildings and cultural heritage, but also to the environmnental and mental safeguards of the human race........

(Soooo tired of the church and state just saying whatever the people want to hear, with no consequences for their constant lies.)

There's a huge difference between a building catching fire but repairable. And towers completely collapsing and being reduced to rubble. We needed a memorial to pay tribute to all those who died and so that New York and the US never forget what happened.
They wouldn’t have gotten enough tenants. Too much bad association. And if they don’t get enough tenants then there’s no money to pay for their upkeep, and skyscrapers are nauseatingly expensive to just have standing there, let alone actually functioning.

Actually, Emanuel is the biggest bell. But it's in the cathedral's South Tower. Most of the other bells are in the North Tower.
