Lol. Old Kratos beat him 3 times in 3 different fights. It doesnt matter what he can feel or cannot. He can be harmed by Kratoss punches and weapons and he lost to him. Old Kratos snapped his neck, this Kratos is much stronger, much more durable, he would have ripped his head off and nothing would have helped him. Not even his curse.

And not any murder, in the case of gods or titans, only something as strong as you or stronger can kill you. Mortal weapons ain´t nothing for them. You can only damage them by using relics (Blade of Olympus) or ancient powers (Blessing of the titans, the Great War corrupted forces, power of Hope, etc). Funny thing is... Kratos has ALL of this by the start of gow 3. Pretty sure that´s why he rekt Olympus.

Athena tried to steal it first, that is why she gets mad in the end. It is not the God's fault, but Athena's will for power. She actually used the gods...
That explains why Kratos becomes good at GOW 4, because in the end he changed, he cared for humanity even in GOW 3. But not many people realised that

Did not like the way the Titans were portrayed in this series, rather then giant gods wielding great power, they were more portrayed as simple, oversized idiots, not one titan shown to have any power.
Dont forget that the titans were pulled directly from their war against Zeus and the gods where they were about to lose. So its not their fault they were downpowered, they were quite literally drained from all the fighting in their previous battle.

Rekt well the Gods of Olympus were also just full power blasting Titans off the mountain and generally just fucking them up. Kratos was protecting Gaia when Posiden decided to fight Kratos and in effect Gaia.

The first match with Zeus looks like it would be a versus mechanic for local play, but that is just me, invisible walls and limited space as well as a fixed point of view. Definitely sounds like a local versus match
