Watching from Vancouver maganda talaga dito sa Vancouver kasi very convenient sa lahat transportation hindi mahirap sa train and buses kahit ang taas ng high of living dito at mostly rainy season maganda pa rin marinahan dito. This is a busy city talaga. Close to beach like English bay sa downtown na you can see the view of the mountain, lakes na family can gather for picnic but you have to wake up early for easy park. True very close to airport. Kaya nga sabi nila Beautiful British Columbia❤️❤️ Tara Vancouver na kayo

No need for connecting flights after arriving here from abroad (may direct flight pa to the Phil).
Pnoy goods are readily available here also. May Pnooy grocery pa (Tindahan, Edsa mart) Wallmart, Superstore, T&T, Washang, & many others carry a lot of Pnoy goods.

Vancouver is the best kung nag migrate kayo int e 80s or early 90s kasi madali lang lahat kumita , mag aral, ma take ng driver’s license , bumili ng bahay mura pa noon, PERO NOW GOOD LUCK 🤣 Pero ok pa rin naman basta madiskarte ka lang at masipag at meron kang career like nurse, engineer , computer programmer, architect etc … Nursing homes workers in demand din. Atsaka kung my cleaning experience ka ok rin. Kahit ano pasukan mo basta mag trabaho ka lang pero u need at least 3 jobs para ma sustain mo ang high Standards of living sa Vancouver ngayon😁🤣Good Luck mga kababayan. Pero masarap talaga mamuhay sa Vancouver or any part in BC Canada kasi malinis except Hastings lol ATSAKA VERY MULTI CULTURAL ANG VANCOUVER. Walang pake alam mga tao basta just mind your own business. AND YES VANCOUVER HAS LESS SNOW BUT RAINCOUVER NGA LANG🤣AND YES EASY TRANSPORT SYSTEM TALAGA CHILL LANG WALANG AGAWAN LOL

I lived in Vancouver from 1976 to 1989. One thing I've noticed is temperatures have gone up in the summers (Heat Domes) which prompted new condo and apartment units to have air conditioning. There's also more droughts and more snow blasts in the winters so Vancouver climate is not as mild and predictable as before.
I think there is some truth to this sir, 8 years ago when we came to vancouver everyone kept telling us "it does not snow in vancouver" but ever since we came its been snowing every year. Climate change perhaps.
You forgot to mention the water supply in Metro Vancouver come from the mountain in the north shore. By the way, you really hit it on the head.
Thanks, yeah I forgot that 😅 and also I forgot to say that our water is also really clean and is safe for drinking unlike the faucet water in vegas, not suitable for drinking 😂

ganda talaga ang vancouver at buong bc. kaya dalas ang pasyal namin diyan in fact sa july ay nariyan uli ang family. hindi ko lang gusto ay madalas ang ulan at medyo crowded na. hirap maghanap ng parking.

Seems you have a good heart and beautiful family you deserve kuya to have a beautiful job in Vancouver save and enjoy. Having new home surrounded by back yard front yard and both side yard is very private yes maybe you can have that in Vancouver Richmond area one day if God blessed you stay in beautiful Vancouver area honestly I like Vancouver city the area God s country British Columbia as they said well brother I am not City boy anymore but you am now lol I am the Valley and Country Boy. Kaso lang, noong nakaraang winter, halos hindi kami inulan ng makapal na Snow dito sa Toronto kompara sa ibinabalita na nangyayari sa Vancouver... effect of climate change maybe. Pasyal din kayo rito sa Niagara Falls at makita niyo kung anong mayroon sa banda rito...

Most of Canada does not have 6 months of winter / snow. The only places where that may be true are the Northwest Territories Nunavut and those areas near the Arctic Circle. You might be surprised to learn that more snow fell in Vancouver than Toronto the past few winters.
We immigrated to Vancouver but got tired of the rain and lack of sunshine in the winter. In the 2 month period October- November we only saw the sun twice everyday was a light drizzle. Fortunately I found a job in my field but had to relocate to Toronto.
I think in the prarie region as early as November until March nagne-negative ang temperature sir.

Malay po natin baka ibigay po ni Lord ang wish nyo na mag-move dito pero importante din po na i-weigh nyo mga finances kung kakayanin ba.
May brother at sister in law po kami diyan sa NB, parang yung rent diyan at dito magkatulad lang din ata.
@@Ternz_TV san po sila dito sa NB bro? dito kami sa Moncton, maganda naman dito kaso minsan mas gusto sana namin yung malapit din sa family at ibang malapit na relatives lalo na para sa mga anak namin. Nakavisit na kami dyan and visit ulit soon para makita talaga ang totoong situation habang nag-iisip kung itutuloy ba or kung kelan magmove hehe. Di naman nagmamadali pero kinoconsider talaga namin magmove sa West.

Vancouver is stunning I lived there ror 3 years paying rent 2010 till I realized I need my own property with my Family 2013 I moved in Aldergrove near Abbotsford owned 6 bedroom fully paid 2,5 acres I Married to white French Canadian ❤ Enjoy lang Kuya sa Vancouver if you and your wife earn a total 20k a month then you can have monthly mortgage single family home you have fron and back yard and both side yard, if yolike paying rent forever and Enjoying Vancouver well enjoy😅😅😅😅😅😅

Sorry, that is not true. 😊 I wonder if you experience life here in Vancouver. Honestly, life here in Vancouver is much better than in other places. Talking about life in the Philippines no matter what you do, still we are ahead. Yes, expenses to live here but we all work hard to survive. We all survived the way we lived. Still, we can afford to buy our own property.

Ano ang kinalaman sa lake, wala ng oras pumunta dyan. Work. Home, kids ay wla k ng oras para mmasyal. So pinas lang kmi pumupunta tuwing pasko at sa disneyland pag summer time and san francisco. Other places no way jose

hindi ka talaga nagkamali sa pagpili ng vancouver bc sir,maganda ang klima,hindi malamig parang hongkong lang,dating seaman ako sir,lakad lang kami punta ng city,angkorahe kami sa english channel dami nakuha namin alimasag parang alimango na kalaki kahit sa loob naka alongside, dami pa rin mahuli na alimasag,ang di ko makalimutan yung pinoy na nag padala ng mga papeles ko kasi kailangan sa SSS paalis na ang barko namin wala pang fb noon, ty bro maraming salamat,

@@Ternz_TV yan ang problema sa maraming filipino, kulang sila sa critical thinking, analogy, GENERAL INFO. pero they are academically good. kapag sinabi mong north america it does mean it only applies to canada alone, there is a list of country belonging to north america. same thing with south america. May sariling airport ang vancouver? lahat naman ng province may sariling airport not just vancouver. it depends where you are coming from east to west or in vice versa. canada covers from pacific ocean to anlantic ocean on the other side. airplane flight only have enough fuel to cover the distance and it needs stop over to refuel or board in a different plane, such as connecting flight. Reason why direct flights are more expensive compared to flight with connecting flights. It is not economical to used bigger planes in regional flights, specially if you have limited number of passengers. hence we have DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL flights. think about USA, they have connecting flights as well, since USA has almost the same geography as canada.

minsan sir napapaisip din kami if need naming magmove away from the city pero nandito po kasi work namin eh, me sa downtown and si misis sa richmond school district, baka pag magreretire na kami we will move to Hope kung saan sinasabi nila na wala daw hope 😂
so far we have no regrets, I know our place is small compared to houses but it is what it is, If God wills us to move, we will pero God gave us an oppurtunities here so we will stay until God tells us its time to move 😊
