hi, thank you for sharing. i am planning to migrate in canda. this help me a lot to decide kasi currently im working in israel caregiver for 5 years na. gusto ko na din mag settle for my family.
Thanks for sharing Ms Cherry, nice to hear all your stories po.. hopefully magka banggaan naman tayo sa grocery or WEM o kahit saan😅❤️❤️ Ingat po palagi🙏
Hi sis! thank you sa support as always :) Oo nga sana soon we bump into each other din kagaya nila The Carpio family :) Pero maliit lang ang edmonton, mangyayari din yan hehe.
This is nice to watch po. Currently living here in Toronto (Scarborough area), my husband and I are also talking about buying a house somewhere not in Ontario and Alberta is our option. I was from Calgary din before. That’s true po at sobrang hirap dito. Though we have saved some money intended for buying a house but with housing price here, hindi parin talaga sapat. Kaya need po talaga namin pag isipan mag asawa.
Hi, yup explore your options, ok yan at may natabi kayong savings, mas lalakas loob nyong mag-uproot if ever. Pwede nyo din try apply work in Alberta while andyan pa kayo malay nyo makakuha pa kayo ng relocation package, or pwede ring isa muna (if possible) or just to the big leap. Whichever, I wish you the best in your plans and thanks so much for watching :)
Its good you share what you went thru. Akala ng iba puro sarap at enjoy ang buhay. That is life here in Canada but if you get luck tuloy tuloy na ang ginhawa sa buhay.
Oo nga po that's the reality of life here in Canada, I wish I've known before getting here. Pero everything's well and good now, just a journey we had to go through. Thanks po for watching :)
Hello Ms Cherry, new subscriber here! Thank you for sharing. I would also like to move to Toronto for IT jobs, currently in NB. But after watching your vlogs, I need to think twice. :)
Hi Pauline thanks for the sub :) Toronto and Vancouver talaga yung madaming IT jobs kaya nga lang its a known fact talaga na mataas cost of living duon. Yup explore your options muna, you may check places muna na madami ding offer na IT jobs but livable. You may check indeed also for IT job openings and their requirements from different cities, you may get an idea.
@@cherryvlogscanada Thanks for the response! I would also like to ask how's the Winter weather between Toronto and Edmonton. Similar po ba or mas malamig sa Edmonton? I would like to ask first hand exp of someone like you who have lived in the two cities :) Thank you
You gained a new subscriber po😊
Oo nga ganun talaga may payoff din when we try to achieve something. Siguro, just give yourself some time. "When in doubt, remind yourself why you made the choice, then you'll be grounded." ~ somehow ito yung nakatulong sa kin tanggapin ang mga bagay-bagay. On the brighter side, maige na lang Vancouver is near Alberta, you can easily fly or even your friends can visit you :) Hopefully maka-adjust ka na din soon :) Maraming salamat sa pagsubscribe..
We also moved from Toronto to Edmonton last year and have no regrets. Balance ang life nmin sa work and family, earn savings for retirement and vacation
It's nice to know po that it turned out well din po sa inyo 🙏 We all just want the best for our families and for our own future and live a descent life. Thanks po for sharing! :)
Sana s akin din di pa huli ang lahat, i really want to move there pero bavk to school pa kasi ako ngaun and no good income yet kasi dahil back to school pa ako and my husband lang nagwowork sana hoping 2 more years makakapunta na ako jan...thanks s info mo very inspiring!!!!❤❤❤
Hmn, depends po sa circumstances nyo :) Kung halimbawa mas okay naman kita nyo dyan than anywhere else then why not, if not, you can always explore your options :)
It's the same in HK pay and tax wise. Income tax for middle class families with kids is about 6% with 13th month pay. This makes it very easy to save in HK. But unlike Singapore, foreign professionals only need to work 7 years to get Permanent Residency in HK. You also mentioned the work involved in maintaining a household in Canada. This is the main reason why my wife and I would rather stay and retire in HK than move to Canada because we have katulong. Having a katulong was very useful when our kids were young and when my wife and I reach our senior years.
Ay totoo po yan ang laking bagay ng may extra help sa bahay specially when raising kids and both parents are working. Ok din po HK lapit pa sa Pinas. I didn't know pwede pala maPR professionals in just 7 years, that would have been an option too! Thanks po for watching :)
@@cherryvlogscanada You're right, proximity to Philippines is an added bonus. Less than two hours flight and we're there 2x to 3x a year so it's like we never left. My friends in Canada visit Phil once every seven years.
