Kaya mga kababayan wag iignore anghigh blood pressure kasi hindi ito sakit sypmtom ito sa ibat ibang sakit tulad ng sakit sa puso mataas ang blood colesterol at iba pa kaya kung need magmaintenance para sa HB gawin ito para humaba ang buhay😇

I guess, this is a sign as well for everyone to be open with your family or loved one. Sabihin sa kanila na kung what if mawala kayo, ano pwede nila gawin, i assure nyo sila. This shouldn't be a scary conversation. This is just a way for you to prepare them in case unexpected things happen and for them to understand life must go on even without you by their side. It's a cycle of life. This way maappreciate din nila every moment they have with you and you can make the most out of your lives.

Nasa Singapore ako noon at tatlo kaming magkakapatid na nasa Singapore at nakauwi na ang dalawang kapatid ko at being the eldest in the family nakauwi din ako and that time may kudeta sa pinas 1987 at pagdating ko sa amin after a hour or so namatay na siya at ako ang nakakita talaga nung naghihingalo na siya at alam ko hinintay lang na dumating ako.🙏

Thats a massive heart attack hindi na follow up noong nag chest pain usually kahit feeling gastric pain but it mask heart attack and age does not discriminate in heart attack

Ang hirap talaga ng buhay dito kapag wala kang kamag anak dito. A lot of people don’t realize what they give up just to live in another country.
