You should be aware that propagating any patented plants is a violation of the patent law. While the thought is nice, you shouldn’t promote this activity. David Austin spends years and huge sums of money to bring us these new hybrids. It is extremely disappointing that you would promote this illegal activity on your channel.
Thanks ever so much for that. If I recall when I made the video I did state I DIDN’T propagate it. It was rooted already. I cut off the already rooted section of rose and gave it away….

I believe that propagating plants for private use is not considered illegal. It is the selling (propagating for profit) that is illegal.
