    How about adding some perfumed fabric conditioner?

      Once you add liquid to the rice then the rice can’t soak up the moisture, because it’s already wet if you use essential oils or fabric softener. I would use plain rice if you want to reduce moisture in a certain area

    That's a deodorant!plaine rice,Yes! but once you coat the rice in oil it doesn't absorb. Keep it simple plain rice!

      I live in south florida, high humidity most of the year...dehumidifier attached to the a/c....this would be good for the cooler weather. Won't use the scent, makes me sneeze.
