Nice dude I'm so glad to see you got an Arc Droid! Can't wait to see what madness you can come up with, having that at your disposal. Game changer for sure!! Buggy is looking awesome too!
Yo I cannot wait for this build to be done…been watching ever since I saw you with goonzquad and been hooked ever since…..keep it up yo! Love from Arkansas!!!
Blew out my power steering pump today, so instead of further aggravating myself it's time to watch someone else work on something for a while lmao. Once I'm done I might be able to see what failed when some more fluid drips out haha.
Nice build! 👍🏼 Are you sure about positioning the steering in the front? Normaly the steering is in the back of the wheels to be able to have a spezific steering geometry. The harder you turn the more you want the inner wheel to turn to help with cornering! This is only possible with the steering at the back of the wheels. If both wheels are turning 100% parallel and always the same angle it will drive like a horse carriage...
Ackerman steering can be achieved with the tie rods in front of the axles, it just requires that the tie rods are wider than the "king pins" aka heim joints. It's more difficult to do, but it can be done
You could put a push bar on the front that goes up at an angle high enough to protect that steering equipment. There were a couple of holes at the end of the frame tubes you could use to go up.
Love this project. Seems like you could benefit from having some kind of alignment machine to make sure the front steering is straight and won't wear out the tires prematurely from being off by just a little. Glad you checked for bump steer.... that could be a serious issue if you hit something offroad.
Vasily, the reason why a suspension has pump steer is because amrhe three pivots aren't in alignment with each other. They need to be. One way you rid that buggy of it is to change the top or bottom control arm so that all three are in alignment.
When you turn the wheel did your wheels turn the opposite way. You flip the spindles its gonna change direction it turns. You also need to mount the steering box in middle of the control arms so it pivots in same angle as arms
Alot of your bump steer is coming from having the steering rack in front of the axle centerline instead of behind it. Since your shocks are castered back compared to the axle centerline, the rack will make the tires Toe in since the arms travel away from the rack. Also, having the rack out of parallel compared to the top or bottom control arm will induce bump steer. Most builders will build a corrected front end then figure out how to weld the plum box to the rest of the frame. You said you expect to go almost 90mph so having stuff perfected will make it feel that much more stable at those speed. It can still work just fine, but not as good as it could be if that makes sense.
I'd like to see you race your builds against one another. Maybe do an 8th mile leader board kinda like cars and cameras with their lap times. It would give some anticipation on how the build will perform and possibly make the builds more exciting than they already are! Cool videos
Hey bro. I'm not sure if you have heard about hay days. It's a huge swap meet we're us Canadians head across the border to Minnesota once a year. If you look up skidoo heyday you should find it. Definitely worth a trip save a fortune and find hard to get stuff
Like your builds, But that cage will fold over if you roll over with any force, please triangulate the rear bars and add a diagonal at the front. Any side load and that current cage is gonna squish you
i gotta throw a suggestion out there. ive been a sub from way back. and always loved the content and watching the progression in the fabbing skills as well as the contents progression. though i do have one minor gripe. the videos' gotta be longer. keep up the good work. ill be waiting for the next one
@@VasilyBuilds Thanks so much for the reply. Yes it is a gripe but a miniscule one. Though personally I'm not a creator I do understand the amount of work it actually takes. I think alot of people don't realize how much goes on behind the scenes that we don't see. But keep the great content coming. See ya on the next one
Oh, and the Ark Droid will be a game changer. Those things are priceless for especially the garage fabricator. That tool will cut any 2D shape that can be imagined. And with insane precision. Then the speed of it is incredible to boot. You've definitely stepped up your game
Owwwe ,mama me…a ,it’s comin on pretty quick bro, them rear shocks look mint ,it’s going be really comfortable over ruff ground,I know this is a wile away but ,forgive me for getting ahead ,I think we ….well ,you ,have the fab skills to build a 1000 cc turbo ,😉on road rallyish 😊cart /car tarmac eating monster 😎 can’t wait to see this 700 getting paint ,😎great job m8 😉
You have to go the “rather be welding” way. You have a CVT now add two extra transmissions with 6 chain drives for absolutely no reason only to complicate you life and build and over weight vehicles 😂😂😂
Hey bro I've been looking you know they have 2 into 1 Banshee pipes they're kind of expensive but they could fix your problem with all your wanting to run the Banshee on two wheels and whatnot
HaHa, i one of ur first videos i thought, why the hell is he not using a cnc laser cutter or somthing like that... . Nice to see u´ve got that little tool now. Keep one ur good work!
Steering wouldn’t have worked the other way anyway brotha .. your steering would’ve been reversed with the tie rods on the backside of the spindle unless you could have mounted or upside down or something .. turning out cool so far though
Dude you’re beautiful , love what you do and the way you do it. Because you deserve it. You keep on building young man. Greets from a older admirer from the Netherlands.
Hi Vasily, can you tell me where you got thar mini steering rack from please as I'm building a reverse trike motorcycle and that would be a great for the project, Greetings from the UK 🇬🇧
Hey guys i need some help. I have a engine that came off of a briggs and Stratton generator and i want to use the engine on a go-kart. I have it mounted on the kart but when i start the engine it runs at high RPM. how do i make it idle?
You should definitely have that recoil cover powder coated to match the rear shocks! She's looking good though.
Congrats on the ArcDroid. That's going to your biggest game-changer. Look at the stuff Ethan at GHPC does with theirs!
This is amazing! I can't wait to see it finished! You can add plastic, plywood, or metal panels for finishing touches to! 😁
That's the plan!
You're one hell of a builder. Keep up the good work.
I dig that plasma that’s perfect for the amount of space I’m working with. Thanks for sharing, this buggy is so awesome my man!
I'm glad to see someone building and doing something different. Anyone can go out and buy a RZR, but your actually building your toy!
Hello everyone, I hope y’all are having a great night
Love the 2 stroke builds, great video man!!

The buggy is coming along amazing.
That Ankdroid c&c machine is so freaking awesome. It'll save you so much time and make pushing out videos a breeze.
Flew over from Mike Festiva's channel who recommended you. Good stuff. Subscribed.
Looks fricking awesome son.
You keep building and will get your 500k subscribers.
You got my vote.
Watching you and Chris rbw got me walking through 8in of snow to make 520 sprockets to fit the 1in shaft.
Damn dude, you have your geometry up and down travel on suspensions figured out💪👍 and to mention your steering 👏

Another awesome build, great job Vasily!

i gotta say im impressed with all your projects. amazing skills. keep the videos coming.
Can't wait to hear your 700 also rip Vasily!
That plasma cutter robot thing is fucking insane. In every sense of the word

I knew the last reason, the parallel part, But the first one is new to me never thought about that. Thanks

With having the steering rack at the front will create massive bump steer
Ethan (grind hard plumbing) cuts out some pretty insane shapes with that thing.
Not super sure on why but I read that having your tie rods in front/behind the king pin/steering axis affects handling and steering feedback

Badass builds
Nice next build should be souping up one of the 125cc mini jeeps
Always fun to watch these channels that do all the modes tk small go karts cause this things are kinda lame stock
Mulțumesc....Succes in tote proectele
Nice suspension work . This would be cool to see against some of the other YT builds, for instance the cars and cameras trophy kart or grindhards .
They did something like that about a year ago

great video like always -- keep up the good work looking good

I surprised you didn’t extend/stretch the body of the kart so that it would be a more comfortable ride.

great stuff thanks
I have a y pipe and expansion chamber if you need one still
Have a bunch of 700 Polaris parts laying around. Let me know what you need. Have an airbox too
How's the build coming?
Bro i meed your help... i need some pointers on the rear end i want to go independant rear on the gkm200
How come the rear suspension looked so off like the geometry was different
