As an Irishman, the language is Irish, and the Irish for the Irish language is "Gaeilge". The Gaelic they speak in Scotland is a separate language, and we have never referred to our own language as "Gaelic".

Jack correcting Maffew's pronunciation of Deonna Purrazzo, which he gets wrong the same way each and every week, is my current favourite bit of the podcast. 😂

Jack, pleading "not guilty" is the only way to make your case go to trial. It doesn't necessarily mean you're saying you didn't do it, it just means that you're going to fight the charges. The other plea options are "guilty," which is you admitting you did it and you're automatically convicted; or "no contest" (or "no plea," as you guys use) which is you saying "I'm not saying I did it, I'm not saying I didn't do it, I'm just not going to fight it." No contest/no plea is the criminal equivalent of settling a lawsuit out of court - you're not admitting to anything, you're just doing whatever to settle things and get the case to go away.
As someone with a law degree, I never heard of no plea until this podcast lol
Spanish/Latin and Caribbean/Afro-Caribbean are also massive influences in “New Orleans culture”. Also Cajun and Creole are also two different things, often lumped together. Love you guys & thanks for the show for years

Would they rather have had a regular roster member be built up for 3 weeks to lose to Cody or have Logan who already has heat and can lose and it won't harm him at all? If it was AJ again, LA Knight, Randy, Melo, Solo or anyone else the lads would probably complain about it as well.

Jack was spot on it's not Gaelic it's Gaeilge or as Gaeilge or Irish. While we are Gaels like the Scots it's a different language. Akin to the differences in romance or connected languages but unique to their area. Gaeilge has different pronunciations depending on where in Ireland it's spoken and different slang/wording.
It was a spoken word language with little to no text outside ogham (line writings) before the Great Occupation.
Its fluency numbers are low due to this but there is a great Irish language movement happening currently in particular artists like Kneecap doing an amazing job of bringing it to the fore front.

2:10:08 Irish/Irish Gaelic (pronounced Gaylic) and Scots Gaelic (pronounced Gallic) are two different languages with the same root language - many common words but spoken very differently. Not dissimilar to the similarities and differences between Spanish and Portuguese.

The playmaker was the overdrive. The 305 was MVPs jumping flatliner. Tama is essentially doing the pay dirt or little Jimmy. Only one that ever made that move look good was Shelton.
He should be using the Tongan Twist as his finisher but everyone would confuse it with the cross Rhodes even though they are different moves (spin in the opposite direction). Bo Dallas, Mike Kanelis, and Carlito all used a version of the Tongan Twist. Test, Damien Priest and Paul burchill all used a version of the cross Rhodes.

Adult Swim wasn't a separate channel from Cartoon Network in the U.S. It just aired in late night hours and featured more "adult" shows like anime or the weird shit like Tim and Eric.
