I’d love to see you book a dual tag champ. Example: Chad Gable and Otis are Raw tag champs while Chad Gable and Jason Jordan are SD tag champs. How does Gable manage both teams? The partners can have a match with Chad as ref. It’s interchangeable with any wrestler as long as they have a good history with both teammates. Jey and Jimmy as champs with Jey and Cody as champs wouldn’t quite work because Jey and Cody don’t have that longevity.
This week featured my favourite Taz line during the Bucks tag match after Penta hit Made in Japan: “That move is called Made in Japan, but the person who hit the move is from Mexico”
1:16:00 - I've always thought that in kayfabe, people who share last names should all be distantly related - say Brian Cage and Christian Cage are 3rd cousins twice removed. DDP could be an uncle to Hangman. I also thought FTR should have been billed as nephews of Arn and Ole Anderson.
I'd like to take the time, while watching this prestigious wrestling podcast, to say that The Marvels was genuinely very fun, very good movie. Flew by while having good pace, story was simple to follow, those who don't have any background info are introduced to the characters within context of the plot and those who have been following along are rewarded for doing so within context of the plot. All in all, I highly recommend it for anyone who is invested or just wants a fun action comedy. UP THE MARVELS!

How is Asuka rejoining her own tag team partner "shoehorned in"? I honestly saw Asuka on the babyface side and went that makes no sense she was heel when she lost the title and kairi's her mate. the only thing she had in common with bianci (who she misted to get the title lets not forget) and charlotte was wanting the title. The turn seems pretty damn logical. oh they're friends because they're japanese as an explanation feels honestly like you guys got a little lazy. The Inbetweeners was a reference to them being in-between childhood and adulthood. Not young enough to be doing Childish things but not old enough to legally do grown up stuff (drinking etc..) hence Inbetweeners

Obviously not advocating for them to change their opinions to suit me but still sucks that I’m not able to enjoy this podcast as much as I once did
I like AEW but most of the comments in defense of AEW come off as defensive marks. They don't like it as much or hate it at times but I still enjoy them talking about it

I'd like to take the time, while watching this prestigious wrestling podcast, to say that The Marvels was genuinely very fun, very good movie.
