Namaste akka. The yam fry in this way is new to me. We make another type using roasted chilli paste n tamarind with fried yam. Will surely try this out.

Hi aunty, when we chop yam hands itch too unbearably and also its difficult to remove the hard skin of yam and chop it. Pl make a video on washing yam and details on how to chop it and use.
Yes I face the same problem too. So I use gloves while cutting it . Don't touch with bare hands. First remove the outer muddy layer . Then peel it and chop into pieces and keep soaked in water. rinse two or three times
