    Very detailed information even a person with no idea of cooking can prepare a delicious lunch. Regarding payasaa I grind coconut, soaked khus khus, elaichi, can add few cashews along with milk. It's going to be very tasty. I learnt this from my mom. Just wanted to share with you.

    Wow superb akka. When I make vada it absorbs lot of oil. What’s the mistake am I doing? I have tried many of your dishes in the past. They were delicious. I will try these too. Thanks so much.

      If you add too much water while grinding it will absorb more oil also oil should be heated well
