Another great update - thank you Chris! Just a quick note. River left + downstream wind+ circle c casts have a tendency to end in disaster. As bright as Theo is, im not sure his skills extend to disgorging you.... be careful, be safe. Downstream wind - double spey. Always keep the fly downwind of you 👍

Yeah the wind stayed with me for most of the trip and you'll probably see me casting off my left shoulder in future films. Thanks for the advice 👍

New ghillie! Nice one - I lived just upstream at the old bridge for a few decades. It’s a great stretch of the river.

There's few better places to cast a line than the Spey, catch or not. It's still early days though, so there's plenty of time to catch that fresh run double. No pressure.

Hey Chris sorry to be a pest again the casting . Look at your first cast on this video . As soon as you have executed the cast you immediately move your rod tip down stream . DONT! BRING IT ROUND WITH THE SWING OF THE FLY . YOUS THIS IN YOUR UP STREAM DOWN STREAM MEND . BUT TRY NOT TO MEND LOL YOU WILL CATCH MORE FISH . TRY CAST WHERE THE FLY WILL FISH INSTANTLY SO YOU DONT NEED TO MEND . superb video bud hope you get a fish soon
