INGREDIENTS FOR PREPRATION
[ ]3 medium sized broccoli cut into florets
[ ]3 tbs oil
[ ]1 tbs cumin seeds
[ ]Pinch of hing
[ ]1 or 1.5 cups besan
[ ]Salt
[ ]1/4 tbs Turmeric
[ ]1/2 tbs Garam masala
[ ]1/2 tbs cumin powder
[ ]1/2 tbs coriander powder
[ ]2 tbs chilli powder

Tried this, but it didn't turn out right.
The besan without water was too dry to coat brocoli, and 2tbl of chilli powder was way too much.
Oh not sure why it didnt trun right. we cook this often and liked by every one. May be try our other recipes.

Followed same steps but even after keeping in low frame it was getting burnt...and the taste was not nice 😢 later mom came n sprinkled water n then it was fine but again it was not dry 😕 due to water 😅 dono why it happened 😢i was disappointed 😅but anyways thanks for new recipe 😅

Hi Preeti try to cook in nonstick and sprinkle some water if it sticks. I assume first time it wont turn out great in first try. We cook it regularly in our home every one likes it. But I suggest dont add too much water
