Broccoli is a power house of nutrients and antioxidants. It offers as much vitamin C as an orange. Broccoli - Egg stir fry is an easy prepare healthy recipe which can be added to your regular diet. It goes well with rice or you can roll it in Chappathi or Paratha. Enjoy the recipe.

Clean broccoli and saute in unsalted butter with a pinch of salt. Cover and cook for a few minutes. When it's cooked, add crushed pepper and mix in. Done. It's a great snack. Don't need anything else to go with it.
