    Appreciate the fresh ginger! Anyone using ginger powder is not a cook.
    For anyone who needs a food coloring: Use Annatto powder made from the seeds of the fruit of the Achiote tree. It will impart a rich red color, slightly earthy taste, and is natural, and used in Mexican cuisine. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Annatto

    I heard milk products should not be taken with fish. Is it fine to use curd on fish. As it’s not good combination for stomach, as causes after consuming skin gets white patches

    2 Point to correct here !! garam masala is not Optional its mandatory.. and you dont use curd in this recipe..!! everything stays same!! get rid of the food color..!!

    Looks like an easy recipe.. Thanks for sharing it with us. Which fish type did you use? Is it Tilapia; sorry if I missed that. Also, I really miss amritsari fish tikka here.. Can I make it in similar fashion i.e. I dont want to deep fry it?

    Hi !! The recipe is wonderful and marination is easy too but there is something getting wrong .I am using frozen salmon fish fillet . The fish always break while baking and getting dry from inside also the marination doesn't goes inside the fillet. Please help don't know what am doing wrong

      My oven doesn't have Fahrenheit, it has centigrade. 400oF is about 200oC

      you can take 1 bunch of mint 1/2 bunch of coriander 1 green chilli if you want 1 table spoon of garlic ginger paste if you can 1 table spoon any oil you want salt according to taste 1 table spoon of sugar or less according to your taste 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds crushed or lemon or tamarind sauce and add i onion just blend them in a mixture and your sauce is ready hope you like it.
