Woke up at 2 something and watched this. When you were on the side of the yard, you could see one neighbor's roof behind you and it reminded me of the barn roof behind Janey's fence. I have waited for her to trim that olive tree in the corner so you can see more of that barn because it looks so European and charming. Hey Robbie! Love all the beautiful colours you're adding to the garden. I also love the information on the shovel and starter fertilizer. A few months ago you did a video on your favourite garden tools. Considering next Sunday is Mother's Day would you consider giving us some suggestions in one of your videos this week, as to what mom might like to receive for her garden? Everything you use seems to be so well made and useful, and I'm sure many people are like me, and would like to stop purchasing items that either break or fail to accomplish what we thought they might. It could be the operator, though, says the sometimes problem gardener LOL

Hi Robbie, that flower bed is looking good now but in a month or two, WOW!! The echinacea is so pretty, love that shade of yellow. You are so lucky to be working with Monrovia, their plants are such good quality. Iam thrilled to see more Monrovia annuals like petunias, coleus, bacopa this year in HD and Lowes.
I have an iris that looks just like yours and its name is Stairway to Heaven. Yours might be that also. Love your channel. Your gardens are looking beautiful.

A spiral topiary would look cute in that empty spot near the coop! Everything looks so pretty! You make the edging look so easy to install. A fountain would be nice also and the birds would enjoy the sound too!

The sound of the finches unlocks a core memory for me; I vaguely recall us having a pair of finches as a very young child, their little bee bops are incredibly peaceful and calming to hear ❤. That iris is stunning Robbie, I was at the garden centre today and saw iris corms of one that looked very similar to yours on the packaging, wish I’d grabbed those too now but I couldn’t make up my mind! Mind you, I was already buying lobelia, begonias and coleus to start a new hanging basket because of you 😂

Between you and Janey, I'm obsessed with Edge Right edging.
I'm curious what installations you used with the two depths (6", 8").
I'm not sure which I should order. For starters, I will define a curved pathway from my patio to my garden shed. Either side of the path are berms built up with soil I dug from the path. 8" is probably the right depth for that area.
Later, in my front yard, I want to define a sort of Y-shaped, curved path (a yet-to-be determined tree will go in the center junction). Perhaps 6" would be better there.
