I only have a couple questions that were kinda big and possibly holding me back from doing the swap. 1. Did you have to change the tunnel to fit the transmission at all? 2. What did you do for the tailshaft/driveshaft? Thanks again for the video upload and it's almost like a step by step swap build that the rest of us can get an idea of what's involved.
No i didn't have to change the tunnel i just move the shifter hole back abit. The tailshaft is the factory corolla one just shortened with the mazda yoke welded on.

the amount of times I see people upgrading their engine with a heavier high performance engine but don't upgrade the suspension to compensate for the heavier motor, changes are the suspension in this car was already up for the job but I'm still surprise how often that mistake is made

very good job but i been the same model with a silvia motor nissan and 2jz a rotary is a small motor with a lot of power more much more than factory motor...he has all the equipment on his shop he cans built anything there...good job and the welder guy he doesn't play fast and good guy...next time you text the car take him with you...you couldn't do it by yourself...probably you could...but is more work for you...Thank you
don't be sad...because i have tuned it to the fastest possible.. the stock engine itself is good..and the 4k is perfect..try to tune the stock engine itself..:)
It is legal to do engine swaps like this but it goes off a power to weight system so running turbos or supercharges starts to make it harder to keep it registered most other mods can be done.

U have made this car beautiful. I also have this car in maroon color. It is undet restoration nowadays. Should i make it power steering or manual steering is preferable? And have you made any modifications to leaf springs? They are bit uncomfortable as compared to suspension

I see you used a 4 barrel carb. Is there any difference between that and running the more popular IDA that is more common on a rotary?
Rickerd Aylward I got the engine with the holley on it already so I just left it . But I would say it cruises smoother and a bit better fuel economy.
