i m feeling crazy hearing this song for nth times...it brings all the memories i got during my childhood days...i love the song very very much...thanks Alphonse Mouzon ...
This instrumental was used as a music background in a noontime show Eat Bulaga for Little Miss Philippines contest. One of my top ten favorite instrumental together with Cafe Regio by Isaac Hayes and Adam's hotel by Eumir Deodato.
My Communication teacher from Canada played A Lullabye in the class and asked if anyone knows of the title and the artist, I was the only bloke who raised the hand because I've known this for a decade way back when I was concluding my college. Remains a beautiful lullabye even after forty years since its release, truly classic jazz fusion/melody. Will always associate the song with my years in Silliman University, in Dumaguete, Negros Island....
True. No one I know now , heard this song and “When Linda Smiles” I bought this cassette in college and played in my brother’s car all the time on long drives.
I’ve almost forgotten about this song and the tile. Thanks to technology we still remember but most especially find music from our last. I appreciate you for posting.
The music is always pleasing to hear..immortal as it is the way Alphonse Mouzon play the instruments made us appreciate the goodness of music which we can feel...from Roger Teodosio, Guiuan, Eastern Samar, Philippines
I was 4 or 5 years old when I first heard this in one of our countries noon time show Eat Bulaga. I remember this while my mom was forcing me to took an afternoon nap and promised me to have a snack if I followed her.
Finally after 20 years I finally found this. I always think about the when I was little. ꒰⑅ᵕ༚ᵕ꒱˖♡
very nice instrumental jazz music, first i heard this music way back on little miss philippines 1987.
A sensational music in its natural melody that suits the young. Masterfully played by the great Alphonse. A bedtime anthem. Good works.
