My keyboard playing father worked on Tadao Hayashi albums, and won a music award in Japan for his contributions (song was used on movie soundtrack). Also one of his original compositions was on one of his albums. Rare find thanks.
The first time I heard Tadao Hayashi's version of Wave, I immediately bought cassette tape Finger Trip II and its CD when it was released. Whenever I need to listen to smooth jazz I always play Finger Trip II with its beautiful renditions of Just The Way You Are, Double Play, As Time Goes By, A Song For You, etc.
I love u Tadao Hayashi!RIP may u have rest in peace!miss u so much!u r the greatest musician around the planet!i'm also a pianist that's my favorite piece"WAVE"Finger Trip!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
My # 1 music Harpist, I love all his music, I moved here in the Us 25 years ago I brought my cassete music of which is very obsolete already no I discover that he is in U Tube. OMG.
Classical music never fades and it's always been my most desired music of the 70's. I remember most of these compilation from Tado Hayashi's album. He had so many wonderful and unforgettable contribution to music that makes life more pleasant and beautiful.
musicality over technicality - that what makes Tadao's style appealing to music lovers and in fact to most musicians as well. And salute also to the arranger of this piece, so pleasant to the ears, never tiring.
I simply luv his Harp music rendition of bossa nova tunes...so classy !He also his version of my brother's original composition ...'Samba Song"... it was also good!
the best artist ever been so talented and wish he could have it more if life will have its second chance of reincarnation - we love and cherished you for the songs you've left us...
