What I always loved about my old 4x4 days (79 F350, 460, 4:56 gears, Detroit Lockers front and back, 38 Ground Hawgs) was the smell of the mud on the exhaust and the field foliage that would get ground up under the tires. Buddy713 seriously? How do you find all these old trucks? The only 70s fords around here are either restored or rust buckets in people fields, they salt the heck out of the roads around here, nothing survives

Last weekend in August 2019 were bringing back our mud bog races at the massey fair. MASSEY ONTARIO... 2.5 hours east of sault st marie ontario canada. Or 1 hour west of sudbury. Id love to see all the trucks on this flick come kick some ass.
Wouldn’t do anything for it. Just bump steer. They all do it when fighting through ruts. These all run hydraulic steering. So you get a little more move to out of them. But it’ll rerun it’s self back.
Why don't they take that dozer and a set of disks and then wouldn't be slamming same holes all the time little water pumping. Just a opinion .dam bad ass trucks thou
Probably more closer to the opposite. Chevys seem to dominate the mud bog. And the. Most of the fords we see. About half or more are all Chevy powered.

I’m so over all the sky scraper trucks on 2 1/2 tons or larger and AG tires. I’ll take a real truck on 1 tons and DOT tires any day of the week. This is the kind of bogging I grew up on.
