- It's something we don't expect to happen inside of our own home, but now a family is sharing the scary moments after a woman falls through the floor at her apartment in Warren.
Sue the whole management and owner
Those apartments are not worth $1000 a month. They should be $600 a month. Those apartments are one step above the trailer park.

My whole ceiling in my living room at a previous home fell through while someone was sitting in the room. I saw the cracks spreading more and more and told property management it doesn’t look right someone needs to see about the ceiling and I kid you not like 2 days later the ceiling drywall fell. Thank God nobody got hurt and the kids weren’t in the living room at the time
Didn't say how long she's been living there, only that the floors were in that condition when she originally got there.

I lived there for 6 years. They dnt do repairs they over charge you. They need to be investigated.

Please sue them. Rent due by the 1st n they charge 150 in court cost by the 15th they dnt give u time to pay your rent before they put a eviction notice on ur door. Horrible since Rico management took over.
The owners and property management companies are getting over like fat rats. They need to forfeit their Section 8 agreement with HUD for 10 years. HUD hold some liability as well. Hire more inspectors and pay them. I'm so sorry for this lady I hope she had renters insurance.

Section 8/ low income senior housing? Yeah happened where i live too i wont buy much furniture have most stuff packed in storage boxes. Because although it rent i can afford this is so dangerous to live here. High crime, handfuls of led that comes out of bath faucet, weak floors, some apts bed bugs roaches i block all entry holes to avoid getting myself and clean a lot. and use mint , lemon, menthol, and cloves in and around apt still have not got anything though. And mail gets stolen , loud noises.all day amd night, dirty hallways , monthly insoections and bug spraying insisted by manager. Its a dust leaves yellowing on walls , doors and cabinets, kills my house plants i have to use air purifier and Humidifier or i choke and cough. Cars get broken into or stolen even in a locked gate. I think nany buildings just going fall with wind
