- An urgent situation has prompted the apartment management company to take immediate action following an incident where one of its tenants fell through the floor.

Don't stay in places that have soft flooring then try to sue. You knew the floor was unsafe you chose to stay and continue to walk on it now you are calling the news.
Reading thru the 8 comments left here, most of them tell me there is a whole mess of people that need to work on themselves! I don’t care how much she weighs, she should have never fallen thru a floor like that. This poor woman is being charged $1000 a month for that dump and she can’t walk thru her apartment without fearing she’s going to fall thru the floor to the basement, possibly to her death? And here’s a news flash…..most people can’t afford to just up and move to a better place. Did your parents not teach you that if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all? Shame on you.

Well sadly some men are her weight, and furniture so I guess the flooring cods for weight bearing don’t apply here. Y’all are a mess. I guess they should do a scale test and get sued for discrimination.
