I love the Regina bands but have gotten better with the stability ball and look forwards to workouts with it:) "Sometimes you gotta read" needs to be your next tshirt.
This was killer… perfect for in and out quick lower body that still packs a punch! The addition of the ball also gives it a fun twist! Also want to thank the person who mentioned adding a riser underneath the ball for the one legged squat… I’m 5 8” and my ball is also on the small side so to get my butt to hit the ball I was losing my form… the addition of the riser made it the perfect hight. I’ve asked for a new ball for Christmas. Thanks Gayle and Chris… you were both great workout buds!
This ‘express’ lower body squeezed in more exercises than you can imagine. Walking up steps is going to bring back the memories in the near future. Thanks Chris and Gayle. Legs on fire!! ❤😊

I LOVE leg and booty day!! You always manage to change it up and challenge me to do my best. I increased weights and thought to myself, "I think I'm going to have to invest in some heavier sets of weights!!" OH 🎅🏻, I've been a very good girl!😁 Thank you, Chris, for always bringing your A game!! ❤

Get to it and do this class! This only may be a 25 minute workout, but boy is it effective. The stability ball had by hams, thass (thigh meets a$$), and glutes on fire immediately and the good burn lasted throughout the day. Thanks for doing it again, Chris! 💜

I was about to type a comment about the angled lunges hurting my back, but then you spoke out loud (to me, right?) about that very issue. Hearing that it was SUPPOSED to be engaging my core, not just my legs, made me realize that actually I was probably doing it right, but too heavy. What was in the third round?! Nice to see Gail

I haven't been able to do much other than easy walks for several weeks because of an illness and this was a tough, but good workout to ease back into things! Leg days can really get that heart pumping! Thanks, Chris!

I love using the ball, but enjoy mixing it up with band, tubes, the Step..really anything with weights. I'm the opposite of a Cardio Queen..maybe a Weight Warrior. Also really like the descending time increments. Time flew!

Hi Chris, I served my penance and did today's arm video, and now this one. If I'm not mistaken most ball exercises are actually harder when the ball is less inflated. In the less inflated state, the ball is more wobbly and you have to balance more while your pulling the ball in with your leg, etc. What say you?
I so agree! My ball gets a little sad in the winter time and gets a little more squishy and I get a little more wobbly. I just think we’ll gotta tighten up that core some more!
Hmm, actually it is the opposite. If the ball is less inflated it is less likely to roll way from you, also with hold you better when laying on it. so when it is more inflated it is actually harder!.
I didn't try this workout because I don't have a stability ball, but I went on your Amazon store and plan to order one. I am not sure if I should get a M or L ball. There are 5 sizes, but I am between those two. What would you recommend? I am 5'3 so I wouldn't want it too large. Thanks!

I love mini loop bands and the long bands which I wish I could use more often. Also, my mini ball for sit-ups to cushion my lower back.
