Delicious Pumpkin easy recipe
Ingredients - :
Pumpkin - 500 gms
Oil - 1.1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1 pinch
Dry red chilli - 3
Curry leaves - 10 to 12
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1.1/2 tsp
Fenugreek leaves - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
half lemon juice
Chopped coriander leaves
