I think there's an option in the settings that allows you to highlight the newly obtained items from the DLC, which makes it easier to reach them without scrolling through your inventory

The Lion boss's camera made me very dizzy. Banger theme tho
Very true he was soo fast. I ended up just using the thumbprint shield to beat him.
He is tough for melee classes because of the wild movements messes with the camera, using magic/miracles and ranged ashes of war makes the fight much more manageable.
@@AscendantStoicwell of course cheesing the fight makes it more manageable. that's why I used mimic tear, was getting mad
@@ennayanne Using miracles/magic and ranged ashes of war isn't really cheesing the fight.
@@AscendantStoic it is, fromsoft AI has never been able to deal with ranged attacks or multiple opponents, it breaks them. It's been true since demons souls. of course, it's not literally cheesing in the sense that it's unintended, just that the developers didn't put enough effort in to make the game balanced for those player types. it's something people have been criticising these games for for over a decade at this point.
The dancing beast seems to have been the responsible party for causing a lot of the hatred some gamers had. I was really surprised how well you handled the fight and beating it on the 2nd try was insane.
he was doing disproportionate amounts of damage - that stupid new difficulty scaling mechanic throws everything out of whack. if you wanna see what this fight is really like, look up Oroboro's NG+7 playthrough.
@@arsenii_yavorskyiseemed fine to me, around level 120 with about +4 scerdtree power or whatever. so far the balancing of this DLC is so much better than the base game
First trip through piss castle was really special for me. I love the music in that legacy dungeon.

Aw man, you totally destroyed that lion! Such an amazing boss, I love its design and its attack patterns. Also, a bit sad you missed the lady who just completely roasts you before the lion fight XD She's all sorts of awful. But it's easy to miss stuff like that in these games

For me Elden Ring really reminds me of Berserk universe and I can't really put my hands on it but I can tell it was heavily inspired by that series
I love the idea of a boss that's like a Chinese New Year Dragon that's just a dude (or two?)

The boss of that castle is so cool, but imo its ruined by the camera. 75% of my deaths felt like they were due to the camera and not me screwing up
Yeah, specially near walls, but I tried both melee and ranged builds and ranged builds (magic/miracles or ranged ashes of war) faired a lot better when it comes to the camera since you can always keep your distance from it, I came close to beating it melee a few times but my magic build is what saved the day in the end.
Yeah I feel ya. The arena is too small as well which doesn't help.

The only way to get strings were to farm demi-humans wich was mega tedious I missed that bell bearring earlier deffinetly going back to it

A)Please activate the new menu options that highlight new items and give a new inventiry tab for recent items, that QoL change is a godsend, it's painful watching the videos without active.
B)Also will have to disagree about reading player messages on the ground, it's meant to be part of the game experience, it's one of the things that made the original Demon's Souls and Dark Douls so unique as it gives players nrw ways yo to help or trick each other, most of the enemies hiding around corners you complained about could be dealt with easier if you read player warnings about them, if anything I think Fromsoftware put these cheeky enemies there to facilitate more player interactions using messages.
Damn. I died to that beast so many times I went to explore the whole map. Gotten +6 Scadutree Blessing, Still dying.

ruri u do know you can farm millions of runes in a few min if u need in moughs place, so runes ait that important

Who is complaining about being killed by 3 hits shouldn't even play a game like this ,when u get killed by one hit then there starts the real fun which u need to overcome and they give u so many options to find the solution to it! 3 shoot is easy game!

Use a larval tear and go visit Rennala in the Grand Library or just google it.
Larval Tears at Rennala. The boss that you defeat, the mage one that shoots the moon.
Fighting the queen at the academy. It's under the "rebirth" option. You need "Larval Tears" though
So you cant respec in any other way ?
How do you exit the expansion to get back to the original game ?
@davidpersson7881 pull up the map and look at the bottom of the screen. It'll tell you what button to press to pull the "Lands Between" map. I'm on Xbox so I have to press RB

I wouldn't count that as the worst thing we had to deal with, considering we had to wade through blood swamps filled with excrements as well. That's the least sanitary thing possible 😅
wow… I wish you didn't use the scadutree blessing. it REALLY nerfs the DLC. the Dancing Lion fight is awesome, you really missed out by finishing it so quickly.
