Being a 16 year old gay "country music" fan, you have really touched my heart with your music. I know that you have stressed how you don't like how things are labeled, whether it be musical genre or sexuality. You are truly a role model in my life. From all of your opinions you share in your interviews, you seem to inspire many. I hope that your fans will continue to support you as you keep making wonderful music for us. You are an amazing singer and person, and I know that you will make it far!
We need to support the LGBT artist and make them bigger than ever so everyone can see the great talent that we have!
I'm happy that male gay romance can be celebrated as something just as special and loving as heterosexual romance. Hopefully if we see more of this, it will be less shocking for people. And maybe it will help de-sexualize lesbian romance in the mainstream... maybe? Good song and video Steve!
It is good to see someone singing the kind of music I was raised on for people like me. Thank you for stepping out there and being brave enough to be who you are.
It is so humbling to find a country singer who is gay. Normally as a gay male I always change the words to songs as I sing them because they are usually gender specific songs that deal with a boy and a girl. Sooooo nice to finally have a song that I don't have to "change" thank you so much for making music, so so so thankful. The world is changing and becoming more accepting, and you're paving the path to same sex recognition in the music industry! Thank you!

Makes me proud to be a American
Steve Grand I just discovered you here on RUclips a month or so ago. Your song and video " All-American Boy " brought me back to the late 1970's and early 80's when I was young and hiding my true sexual identity. God bless you for this song and video in which may I add is so well done. You are an incredible singer and artists, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I will do what ever I can to help you further your singing carrier as you so deserve it. Sharing is believing and I believe in you....

I danced to this song at the World Pride opening ceremonies in Toronto. Thousands of homosexuals were there and when you opened with this song, I danced and clapped and I was happy. I said, "Steve Grand? I never heard of him and now here you are on RUclips." You are so cool. I will be your All-Canadian guy anytime!
This song kills me to this day. Four years ago, I lost the love of my life. I will always love this song to remember him.
