How to use them ? You need to extract the package (with a sofware like Winrar). For the next, there is a quick tutorial at the end of the video.

I downloaded it, but where is the folder? I just get a paper icon with a rar type.
Maybe if it's possible to reskin them into wearing clothes and having faces

Fury325 Club i'm not sure that i really understand your question... when you download the file you juste have to extract the rar file and you will have all nl2 sceneries
can you to that tutorial instead because i tried over and over and it didn't work.

@@TheKingCoaster yes de me souvenirs je n'avais pas réussi à les faire tourner avec le wagon, ils restaient sur place, du coup ça n'a pas un grand intérêt 😅 bon courage
I wish No limits would make ratchet restraints go up and down a little and like go up with -gs etc.
These dummies, and the new lighting update all allow the program to look very realistic
