I think the academic leader did a fantastic job creating a safe environment for the students to function with. Not only was did she come across as caring but she was a fantastic role model. I also sensed that she radiated a pleasant disposition. I have applied to complete my Bachelor of Nursing (Clinical leadership) at Deakin and I cannot wait.
It is great to see students with a high degree of empathy. The student with the green shirt did well by touching the patient's arm. I loved the used of constant reassurance. They all did well.
