First time the Eagles played @ the Texans. The Birds controlled every aspect of the game after that first Houston drive, letting just 164 yards to David Carr &co the rest of the way. Meanwhile, McNabb showed no ill effects, spreading the ball around to 7 different targets and getting a lot of bang for his buck from Donte' Stallworth (6 for 141 and a score). It's easy to forget about him because he was only here 1 season and injured for part of it, but when Stallworth played he was effective at taking the top off the defense, allowing Westbrook to do greater damage in the short field. This game is a pretty good example of what peak efficiency looked like for an Andy/McNabb-style West Coast offense. I only wish we'd gotten to see more of it.
