It flew over Placer Co. Calif., around Oct. 1, 2022. It had an escort and altitude was about 10 thousand feet.

It was nifty to see the aerial refueling. They say AF1/VC25 hasn't used that capability, but I find it difficult to believe. I definitely could see how the presidential airlift pilots would train on an E4 though.

It has many, but both are highly classified. The E4-B has more bells and whistles. AF-1 is a show horse to display power. E4-B is the dog on a chain carrying the power.
