I had a Philippino uncle...we world make big batches of lumpia and pancit for holidays... it's labor intensive but worth it.. very delicious...I found that lumpia ingredients very from family to family... the one my family made had... small shrimp, roast chicken, roast pork, and ham with bean sprots...

Great job finishing all that scrumptious Pinoy food! Although I couldn't help but notice you ate the chicken adobo separately from the garlic fried rice or sinangag. Many Filipinos would probably say you should eat the chicken with the rice. But nonetheless, awesome 👍😎
