I have taken IBM with placement year in University of Hertfordshire so I want to ask you that if I will not get placement in placement year and taken advance research so can I do work 20 hours per week during that period or not ?

I am not sure about this university. Every university in uk is ok if you can afford your fee. Otherwise on student visa and in start you can’t earn so much to manage your fee with living expenses as well.

Yes if you take research than you can do only 20 hr. If you take placement than you can work 40 hr in your field.

You can change your address.. no effect on anything just make sure when you change the address update it on your uni profile as well.
