hello yes, you can study in English. Tuition fees is nothing in public uni for Masters.

Learning on Apps is not that great! You should go for German lessons from a teacher.

For us.. being honest Avi was already working in UK and settling here looked easier that time and life is more comfortable in UK than in Germany with obviously because of language and many other things.. pros and cons will always be there so depends on individual’s circumstances.. if you want low cost plus high quality education and high standard of living and ok to compromise with language then Germany is best !!

University study is in English and professors generally talk in English
