Makayabu is a popular dish from Congo, but it's also loved in Gabon and Portugal. This recipe is as simple as it gets! You can tweak it to suit your taste.     Salted cod fish adds a tasty flavour to dishes and is easy to store. Plus, it's packed with protein and nutrients, making meals delicious and nutritious.
    Also, I've cut down on the amount of oil used to fry the salt fish and in the vegetable sauce recipe to make it lighter and healthier.
