  • We was given a pile of logs, time to see if they are any good. Cooks Portable sawmill makes easy work of these logs. Sawmill adjustments on the fly

I've noticed the same "ringing" noise on my MP32 from sawdust on the wheels. I've been looking for but, haven't found yet, a brush, kinda like a fingernail brush to mount so that it cleans the wheels continually in addition to the felts for each wheel. It's good to see real life Cook's video's. Thanks for sharing!

      Thanks!
I used very fine emery cloth and cleaned the small amounts of surface rust spots that was on the wheels and that helped a lot. Sawdust doesn’t seem to “stick” to the wheels now. I’ve learned to let it run a few minutes before shutting down for any length of time and it gives the wheels a nice coat of fuel on them and minimizes any rust developing.

New sub from Nova Scotia...hello. I love your set up, the mill is a beast. If you haven't already, I for one would like to see a 'How my MP32 is spec'd out' video. Keep the content coming, and thanks.

Good afternoon my friend, I just started watching your channel and I have a few things I would like to mention, you need a mic on your shirt because when you walk away from the camera, I can’t hear what you’re saying, we also like to see what the inside of the log looks like the pattern of the wood, etc. Otherwise you’re doing a good job keep up the good work. Stay safe God bless you and the family🇨🇦✌️

Hey. New subscriber . Will you show the stack of cut boards . Do you paint the ends from checking ? Thanks. Craig. Pa.

Thanks for subscribing! This stack is in drying pile. Will try to remember in future to show lumber stack. As far as painting the ends, I did nothing on these, they was pre cut by others, 9’6”” inches and the like. So checking on ends will be cut out later.
