I love how people gives him shit even though he's probably one of the most badass characters across ths games. From what I read he was part of a team that killed poachers who over hunted areas
Fatalis is nothing but a dragon boogeyman he is only a legend people would think like how kids are told stories a monster would get them if they don’t got to bed early that’s the case for fatalis but the only difference is that he is real💀
@@therealcactoos9457 Jokes on you, were still not sure death is even a thing can really apply to fatales. his armor is clearly still alive, and everyone who's ever worn it went missing or was dead within 3 months, and one guy even had his arm grow into a fatalistic arm. can't even kill the guy, and that's not even his final form. he gets so much stronger wi9th time than he was then.
Fatalis is really, really hard. Always aim for the head since he has one shot moves from the halfway mark on unless you break a horn. If you can't hit the head the chest should knock him down on all fours. It's super hard but the weapons and armor are worth it. Good luck everyone!

@@somnus7959 Dunno how much you've gotten in the last 3 weeks but yeah he does. Longer if you're not that good but he does. Most of it will come from experience. Doing it 5-10 times or more will help you get used to his attacks and build up muscle memory. His attacks are surprisingly predictable when you start to understand them. Skills I'd reccomend are, Partbreaker 3, Divine blessing 3/5, Fortify (You'll die a lot of course, just makes things easier in the end), and health regen augment for your weapon (absolutely critical). Lastly, I found it easier doing in duo, as the thresholds for breaking parts and flinching are less, more opportunities to cart, and less players to deal with. Well then, good luck and happy hunting!

You have to clear a Solo Checkpoint, ie, do 25% of his Solo HP to be able to participate in multiplayer hunts. Capcom didn't want multiplayer hunts to be carting out in less than 2-3 minutes.

Sorry “Skillful” Longsword mains Fatalis got sick of your shit and came to put you in your place. You have have “The Meta Max DPS set” however as a cost your as frail as a toothpick. And Fatalis will eat your Temporal Mantle for breakfast. (I basically had to put flinch free in my sets so I don’t get flinched during hunts.) And don’t get me started on the “Why are you aiming for the Head when it’s Tail/Ect... isn’t severed/broken.” I mean Fatalis has a pass because of his Ko immunity. And your NEED to break both horns for a chance of an Eye. But, yeah I have an internal hate for Longsword.....
GleamingFlare I’m a longsword main and I agree with you about how annoying we are in this fight. For solo it’s easy if we’re actually competent with the weapon but majority of LS users get happy when they pull of one fucking foresight in a fight. I personally taught myself gs and sa to get rid of the problem others are having but now when a LS user joins the quest I internally cringe just thinking about the carts we’re about to burn through because of these “expert” players. These idiots try to foresight every attack and get hit or die immediately.
@@gleamingflare6537 Bro, I feel you. All these LS mains sometimes gets on my nerves too but sometimes, it'd be like that. LS is the easiest weapon to learn in the game but and not the hardest to master. It has the best Invulnerable State out of any weapon. (Also known as I-Frames.) However, the people using LS has this impression that all monsters are weak against their blades but when it was tested against Fatalis, they fall flat because they always rely on their I-frames too much and ended up being 1-shot-ed due to their glass cannon build. It is the way it is.
I personally have a tankier LS build, with gold Rathian armor, and it works surprisingly well...but not good enough. For this fight, I got my Dual Blades out again. LS is just not a good choice against Fatalis
No superman dive, no foresight slash timing, no tenderizing, no movement reads, you're jusy blindly throwing combos what a casual. Glad Fatalis put you in your place.

Well, let me just say that even I did better on my first try. I even managed to I-frame some attacks with dodging, 'cause I learned some moves quickly. And even knowing that some people are better and some worse, this "playstile" of him hurts me. I now have eye-cancer
