I bought the classics, i didnt know there was a old version without the third voice, how do i know if i have it or not?

On the pickups there will be the option for 'voice 2/3' in the wiring that's how you know its the newer one

in voice3 mode which single coil use (inner single coil or outer coil)??

I'm using it stock wiring which I believe uses the slug side of each pickup. However you can change which side it uses and even wire it so you can choose on the fly.
