Reflect on what role each of us (yes, you.) played in the attack in Orlando. This did not happen in a vacuum, it did not happen outside of history, outside of politics, or outside of culture. Each of us has a relationship to the attack, to both the cause and the effect. Some of us more cause, some of us more effect, but each of us both cause and effect. Love to my Queer folks who were attacked. Love to my Muslim folks who will likely receive the misguided backlash. Love to everyone else about to start your work. This is an appropriate time to come into consciousness. Otherwise, we can be certain this will happen again..

You have to pull the trigger multiple times for multiple bullets to come out. AR-15's come standard with 30 rounds in a magazine, so a person who is skilled could probably shoot off like 45 to 60 bullets in a minute, but doing that and still hitting your targets is extremely hard. Imagine pulling the trigger 300 times in a minute...that's impossible
