Thank you Sally, I think I used Corn oil instead of coconut oil as coconut oil solidifies in places with cold weather. I did not refrigerate it, but if you want you can refrigerate it 4 to 7 days after preparing it as it may spoil.

Made it, and it is delicious, but my masala was not dark in color. My nonche looks a bit reddish. Nevertheless, it tastes so good. Thank you again
