EMMoney8806 After watching the movie I kind of got a better understanding on why Bobby started rebeling against New Edition so hard. He had to play the background of a group he clicked up and started. And although they were making hit songs, they were getting robbed by the managers and handlers in the process. Not to mention that they were reminding him that he was the hard headed street kid from Boston by dropping him back off in the projects after the success of there early albums. It was Bobby's prerogative to do all he did to get voted out but it was damn sure worth it for what was to come to him.
How do you explain him STILL fucking up the choreo, being unprofessional, and not showing up to shows at almost 50 years old? Bobby is entitled and narcissistic. They are truly Bobby's friends. They put up with sooooo much BS from him.

However, You cant expect a person to let fame change them too much if they are still getting dropped off in the projects. If Bobby didnt rebel and stuck with the bubblegum image New Edition once was, We never wouldve gotten the classic Don't Be Cruel and who knows if BBD, Ralph and Johnnys career wouldve taken off the way it did. Most of us may be heartbroken behind Bobby being ousted, but so much greatness came from it! All of them in their own endeavors have us so much music to add to our life’s soundtrack that it kind of overshadows the initial firing. They are a timeless group whether to together or separate.
